About Curio Atelier

A boutique art advisory from Toronto pairing originals by emerging artists - women-forward, self-taught, and BIPOC, with vintage art, objects, and mid-century design for spaces that feel lived-in and human.

Curio Atelier grew out of a simple belief: great art should be accessible, joyful, and made to be lived with. We built a pipeline to new artist voices and pair them with unique vintage arts —connecting first-time collectors, interior designers, and businesses with original artworks at human scale and honest prices.

Founder Story

Charlie Li is the curator behind Curio Atelier and the sister vintage art shop Curio Party. Based in Toronto, Charlie blends a collector’s eye for mid-century sensibility with an extensive network of emerging artists and vintage/antique partners. Curio Atelier grew from Charlie’s belief that art should be accessible, joyful, and made to be lived with—connecting new voices to first-time collectors, interior designers, and SMEs internationally.
